GREAT TIPS IN THE ARTICLE!!
1. Stretch, stretch, stretch!:
I have to really start stretching more.. i just have trouble finding the time to fit it in however i really notice my tight hip flexors effecting my squats
2. Finish EVERY workout with 2 sets of 50 on the back squat (light weight).
Love this tip!! what a great finisher! not sure about 50 lol but i like doig 30 reps with the bar.. i cant believe how much i feel it
3. Stand fully erect at the top of every squat (and squeeze your glutes
