agreed!  farmer’s markets make food shopping fun (if at all possible) being that you can be outside.  the food looks and tastes so much healthier than grocery store produce.  plus—you’re supporting the local farming community…

This is very good advice, there is a farmers market down the street from our gym that I have never been to!  I think eating more fruits will help with some of my pains.  Does anybody know what the best foods are from the farmers market for recovery?
