I was told once that if you can hold out, and stay on your diet or 22 days that you will lose your creaving for bad foods. Ive tryed this and come to realize that it works. You just got to stay strong on the deit for the 22 and then after that the creaving will start to go away and your mind wont want the bad food.

One of my friends wrote her senior thesis on the benefits of dark chocolate. An ounce a day keeps the doctor away for sure!
Another tip I’ve used to avoid indulging my sweet tooth is to wait an hour before I dive in. Most of the time, after an hour goes by I no longer crave the food, but if I still do, often I am so proud of myself for holding off for the entire hour that I would hate to ruin my streak then, so I still end up foregoing the sweet treat.

I love love love chocolate.

I have 1 chocolate protein bar and 1 chocolate protein pudding a day.. This completely satisfies my sweet tooth.  I don’t know what I would do without my chocolate whey protein.
