I love bands! I use them when I:
 
-super set the same muscle group (tricep kick backs, triceps extensions, rows, bicep curls, fly chest press
-Create workout complexes with plyometrics
-Circuit training
-Go on vacation and don’t have access to a gym
-Warm ups
-Do pull ups/Chin ups
-Dips
