Setting up goals and planning ahead is key.
You need to make a plan A B and C.
For example if you are set to go to the gym Monday and for some personal reason you cant make it, don’t shoot yourself in the foot because of it. Prepare for this and set up plan B.
Plan to go to the gym on your schedule day off, tighten up your diet a bit and look at the bigger picture.
Don’t get down on yourself and give up. Be strong minded and get back on track. A day or two wont kill you. You still have the motivation and desire you just have to MAKE it happen…
