My good friend suffers from psoriasis.  I took the time to look up the best treatments to help her cure this horrible skin condition..
 
Bellow are examples of home remedy treatments!! Let me know your thoughts
 
YOU HAVE TO DO THESE!
 
-Take: Cod-liver and Vitamin D supplements
-Vitamin b12 and zinc due to immunity problem
-Get some Sun
-Dead Sea salt baths: soak for 20 minutes
-Run inside of banana peel (its burns though)
 
Also Try:
 
-Diet: Eat vegetables, fruit, lean proteins, water, limit dairy, gluten and sugar
-Rub Vaseline
-Aveeno products or unscented soaps
-Vick’s Vapor Rub: helps with itching  
 
Many people advocate these topical treatments
 
-Tee Tree Oil
-Bag bam
-Jojoba Oil mixed with Coconut Oil
-Chap Stick
-Take 2 tbls of apple cider vinegar twice a day
 
If you have it on your scalp use any shampoo that uses tar coal as the active ingredient

Oh, your poor friend! Some of these “remedies” sound pretty crazy:
“cod liver oil” - is that just like regular fish oil?
“run inside of banana peel” - is that a joke about slipping on banana peels?
what is “bag bam”?
and does that mean to rub “chap stick” on your head?

all these things sound really crazy… I don’t know if I could even get up to trying any of these!

Psoriasis suck from what i hear.
 
most of these remedies is meant to treat psoiasis on your skin not your head

haha no! i think there is something a speicla vitamin in bananas which help get rid of psoriasis.. i heard that is burns though

hahah NOO!! its meant for your skin not your head! they would be REALLY weird!
 
i guess when you have psoriasis and medication/doctors dont  work you try anything.. My freind has had it for years and says its brutal.. i feel so bad,

hahahahaha, that is a fantastic list of uses for bag balm… i wonder what’s in it. sounds like a real “cure-all”

i know crazy and kind of gross if you think about it.. i have no idea whats in it.. just magical stuff lol
