I’m sure we all have problems sometimes with blemishes.. Here are some tips to help keep them away..
1. Exercise for at least 20 minutes a day. Sweating helps detoxifying your body.
2. Avoid oily and fatty foods. Instead, consume more vegetables and fruits.
Throw away the junk food and replace them with tasty salad or fruits
that you enjoy eating. (except on your cheat days)
3. Allowing urself at least 8 hours of sleep a night, it does do wonders.
