What do you think would be a good  suggestionon to a low calorie healthy Lunch?

non-starchy vegetables, and meat.  Use your imaginaton, there are 100 tasty combinations.  In fact, come on Lori, what woman cant come up with a tasty lunch that doesnt include bread or potatoes or rice?

Correct me if I’m wrong, but doesn’t potatoes have a lot of starch? That isn’t good for you is it?

Yes, if you are trying to lose weight, starch should be limited, along with all sugar.  But there are plenty of veggies that are not full of starch.
