You needa preacher bench in order too do it. You place the back of your arms on the bad and grab a barbell about shoulder with apart. You then raise the bar until your forearms are vertical. Then lower barbell until arms are full extenteded then repeat for however many reps you want to do. Your bicep is only one part of your arm. Are you doing anything to ton your triceps?
