Besides using Epsom Salt , which seems to be popular for recovery. Does anyone know what else can be used to recover sore muscles? I pulled a muscle in my hamstring 2 weeks ago, and it is still bothering me.
A great thing for recovery is an ice bath. They are not the funnest things in the world but you feel amazing after. Another is taking hot and cold shows going 2 minutes hot one minute cold. Someting like that works well. Putting icy hot on taking pain killers. One that i heard works very well is Cryogenic chamber therapy. There are not many around but i heard they are the best thing.
