This actually I believe is essential to succes in anything you do. I am going to start this thread by describing the value’s and expectations I expect from all members of my team.
Our team as I have said before is managed on four shifts with some being rather large groups and a variety of skill levels. And while having a large group you need to insure that know individual feels left out or below anyone else that is training. By Motivation and creating a posotive atmosphere we have managed to create an enviroment that is almost addictive to the guys I am sure once this is read they will voice their opinion on that statement.
I truly feel a sense of pride when I see how supportive and posotive these guys are with one another in everything we do. And by creating that kind of atmosphere (Comfortable yet very Intense) We see posotive result come from the training. I believe without the support  they may not train with the intensity that is required for what we do. And knowing not one person in our enviroment puts himself above the rest everyone is treated as equals yet pushed to his limit daily. This does not only hold true for a team atmosphere but can be applied with the general pop of the gym/club any of us train at as I have said inmy other writings No person deserves to be treated with any less respect than you would expect to be treated I know with some personality’s it can be difficult but try anyway.
Thanks Butch

if you haven’t seen the documentary film “Strong” i highly recommend it. it sounds like you guys have created a similar training atmosphere and it sounds awesome. Strong is aobut Joe DeFranco’s gym and the training atmosphere he has created there and it pumps me up. in a similar fashion all the guys there work to teach and push and motivate each other and it does wonders for the athletes that go there.

Our team really does feed off of eachother. I feel that having a team atmosphere like what we have only benefits us more than the next guy. We have small guys and big guys, so we all give eachother that dynamic of pushing eachother in one way or another. I think it is important to train with people who share a lot of the same goals and ideas as yourself. I think this gives you an edge to succeed.
