I hear all different opinions from experts (regarding fat loss)
Some coaches suggest that you should not mix carbs and fats together while other have no problem with this..
I know fats helps slow digestion therefore it would slow down insulin spike?
What are your thoughts about this?
I guess there is a time a place to mix fats and carbs together (meal timing)
