well, if you are trying to lose a few pounds before your wedding, it actually wouldn’t hurt to do a week of shake/velocity diet. mix this stuff with protein powder, some ground flax seed, and get your calories from these with 1 solid meal per day, and you’ll probably see some pretty significant weight/fat loss. i wouldn’t recommend it long term, but for a week before something big, it can get you some incredible results.
