What fruit would you recommend  I eat to keep  in a healthy  diet? I work out a lot but I know I don’t eat enough fruit.

Have you read the Real Good Food series articles? I talked about the benefits of avocados in one, and tomatoes in another, both great fruits that you can eat (yes, fruits!). You can’t really go wrong with eating berries of any type, apples are great, and high water content fruits like melons will be really good during the summer too.
What are you going for? Any goals in particular?

My goals is to just eat healhier.. I know I should add some fruits. i haven’t been a big fruit eater, besides Bananas… Love my bananas.  Im a good shape, I work out a lot, but really  need to add fruit. Thank you for your tips, I will try that..

Oranges are always a good choice to keep in your diet. MY coach has us eat them all the time.
