Have you read the Real Good Food series articles? I talked about the benefits of avocados in one, and tomatoes in another, both great fruits that you can eat (yes, fruits!). You can’t really go wrong with eating berries of any type, apples are great, and high water content fruits like melons will be really good during the summer too.
What are you going for? Any goals in particular?
