Do you think these are healthy at all or just processed crap?

well they are processed, just like any corn or potato chips, or at least the baked variety since these aren’t fried. in terms of additives or preservatives, i’m sure these have the exact same types of flavorings, oils and probably even chemical additives that any other types of chips have. 

that being said, these are a really intersting idea. beans do have a lot more fiber and a whole different set of nutrients than corn or potatoes, and the taste shouldn’t be too bad. regarding all the things they say about corn on their website, they are absolutely true. they must’ve read some of Michael Pollan’s books because he talks about stuff like that in his books.

great point.. i would not eat them on a regular bases however if i was going to a party and making my special dips i would opt for bean chips because they are healthier then corn or potato chips
 
The healthiest chips would be home made pita chips using whole wheat, brown rice, or flax wraps (ect) and bake them!.. yum
 
what tips do you have for healthy chips?
