i dont think i have ever seen or tried paneer cheese.

it’s typically used in Indian dishes. you can fry it, grill it, or just put it into salads. i don’t really know if i can describe its taste, but i would recommend that you give it a try. you might not be able to find it in your typical grocery store, but you should be able ot find it in a specialty foods store or maybe even at your health food store, depending on where you live.

pete thanks.. is it considered a healthy cheese with protien like cottage cheese??? by the homemade directiosn it seems like its simular to cottage cheese (maybe not the same taste)
