I’ve never heard of these but they sound really interesting. I might have to give them a try.

They are a great alternative to pasta or rice..
 
They do not have much flavor however you can add healthy sauses, spices and condiments.. You can order them online or purchase them in an asian market..  They are great for people who are on a low carb/calorie diet..

has anyone tried shirataki noodles?? i have not seem them in stores.. I know you can order then online.
