i’ve heard their Jack3d preworkout supplement is super effective,
but don’t know much else about the company. my friend is training for a
bikini competition and she uses a half serving of Jack3d before her
workouts, but she can’t handle a whole serving.
with the
“research” aspect they show about their Oxylite, the study sounds like
it was done right (placebo/control, double blind), but the study size is
small and they really don’t say anything specific enough to have any
credence regarding either study. they don’t say anything about
significant results from the data or anything like that, so I don’t give
any weight to the “research” they did. same with the Jack3d supplement.
i would say go ahead and give it a try, but I don’t have a definitive opinion
one way or the other til i see more details about the ingredients,
research and results from people i know.
