Has anyone tried kettle bell training?
I am thinking about going to a kettle bell work shop…
Kettle bell training looks like an intense whole body workout that really gets your heart rate up.
You use explosive movements that really help increase the intensity of your workout
It would be a great change to my workout routine.
I always try to change up my routines every 2-3 weeks in order to keep my body guessing and prevent my body from plateauing and adapting.
What are your thoughts about kettle bell training?
