Omg! I am sooo a morning person! I hate working out in the afternoon or at night… I get sluggish, lazy and unmotivated… I hate training on a full stomach…
 
In the morning I am on the clock because i have to get to work so i don’t take long rest or procrastinate…
 
It’s funny how everyone is different

i can’t remember the last time i trained before noon. my workout times are usually somewhere around early afternoon, or right in the evening around 7-8

a) i’m not really a morning person. anything much more than some light yoga or cardio in the morning is really difficult for me
b) it works better with my schedule

I’m totally a morning person! One of my favorite times of the days are early mornings, especially when I see 20 other people who have gotten up for a bootcamp or run. It really fires me up when people care enough to do it, even if they look tired. It’s super motivating, and I love getting it out of the way early so I can get on with the rest of my day!

omg!! Feel the same way!! I love love love getting it out of the way… I enjoy the rest of my day don’t worrying about going to the gym, eating too much before my workout, lack of energy ect… it gives me sooo much more time to socialize with friends and run errands..
