I have lost all this weight, which is wonderful, due to diet and exercise… Now I seem to have some excess skin hanging around my belly. What would be the best way to tone my abs so I can see definition? I have been doing ab exercises on the Core ball, and I have been doing lots of sit ups on a floor mat. I have seen very liitle change , even though I have flattenned my stomach, I would like to see more muscle.
