Toning my abs...

I have lost all this weight, which is wonderful, due to diet and exercise… Now I seem to have some excess skin hanging around my belly. What would be the best way to tone my abs so I can see definition? I have been doing ab exercises on the Core ball, and I have been doing lots of sit ups on a floor mat. I have seen very liitle change , even though I have flattenned my stomach, I would like to see more muscle.
Any suggestions?

You should definitely do abs flexion excersises but you shoud add cardio HIIt in your workouts.. if you keep your diet super clean and add all the above  you will see results

Your have to do some cardio forsure. For ab excerise i thing planks are the best thing around. I think they work better then any ab excerise

The plank works out your deep core muscles… they won’t give you that bulging six pack but the plank is a great exercise in all
