I did an awesome metabolic circuit workout… it kicked my butt!!!
I will a great change from traditional cardio and weight training
 
Directions:
60 seconds per exercise with no rest in between  
Once you have completed round one, rest for 60 seconds
Repeat for 3 sets
 
 
Circuit # 1
*Kettle ball wood chops
*squat jumps while throwing a medicine ball in the air
*mountain climbers
*bicep curl to shoulder press
*jump rope 
  
   
Circuit # 2
 
*jump squats
*bent over barbell row
*jumping lunges
*barbell curl
*squat plus shoulder press
 
 
Circuit # 3
*Over head squat
*Reverse grip bent over barbell row
*Alternating lateral box jumps
*Over head triceps ext. 
  
 
Circuit # 4 …….3 sets each  [/size]
*Hold plank … 1 minute
*Reverse crunch … 20 reps 
  
Finished off with 20 minutes walking up hill
3.8 MPH
Level 10.5

I tryed another metabolic circut by jodiojo
 
Killer Circuit

 
·        Overhead press
·        Overhead squat
·        Back squat
·        Front squat
·        Bent over row
·        Romanian deadlift. 
 
 Perform that with a barbell and do 7 reps of each exercise
 
Once you start with the over head press, DO NOT PUT THE BB DOWN until you have gone through each exercise at least once. 
 
*Do this for 4 sets of 7 reps each. 

*Rest 120s between each set.
