I dont know what i did but the side of my arch between my heal and toes (closer to my heel) hurts soooo much when i walk..
 
I read the symtoms and it sounds like plantar fasciitis but i am not sure..
 
WHAT SHOULD I DO??
I think i hurt it while i was dancing in flip flops hahah how akward lol..
 
Its been a week and its getting worse… running and walking hurt ALOT!! i try to do the stair master and step more with the outer part of my heel.. its seems to hurt less..
 
what are your thoughts???

I have plantar fasciitis and my symptoms are different!

I think you should wait a few days and if the pain doesn’t come back - do
not worry about it. If it does come back you should get a professional

I checked it out and i have a few of those symptoms
 
Still not sure though..i will give it another week  (taping it up seems to help) if it does not get better i am going to the doctor.. I am being smart about it and avoiding running, walking alot, lunges, or explosive plyos… i dont feel any pain in my heel just in my arch on the outer right part… this sucks!
 
I don’t feel the pain when i stretch my calf just when i lift my toes which is weird because its kind of the same movement. It hurts the most after i am done with cardio (stair master or bike) and walk around for a bit ..
