This may seem easy but it does require a lot of balance.
I tried it and lost my balance a few times until I got the hang out it.
Can you?
Place one foot on the center of the balance board and take a large step back with the other leg. Standing completely straight inhale bend your knees as if you’re trying to touch the knee of your other  leg to the floor. Your arms, shoulders and neck
should be relaxed, but your core should be engaged. Keep the balance
board as still as possible. Exhale and straighten your knees to return
to the start position.
Try 8-12 times per leg.
If you really want to challenge yourself try
using dumbbells, it is quiet challenging.

When you bring balance into any excerise it makes it more difficult. Its a good idea to add them in because balance is great to have and many people seem to have issues with it.
