Is it true you could be overtraining?
If you work out your abs every day are you really
seeing results, or could you be wasting your time.
Would it be more wise to work your abs three times a week, like you do for your arms, chest, legs, etc?
Any thoughts?

In my personal opinion i do not believe in over training. I think it is made up so people can feel better about themselves not doing anything. I look at it this way your heart is a muscle it never stops working so why do you have to give your other muscles a day off. If your looking to get a tone stomach though i think you need to do back and oblique work as well as ab work and some cardio as well to get the best results

Ya your core is more than just your abs so you need to strengthen your surrounding muscles to get a leaner look
