I have been following this awesome workout written by an amazing trainer.   When I first looked at the workout
I thought it was a joke, however I quickly learned that I was completely mislead due to my huffing, puffing and exhaustion. 
 
This work out includes 3 full body work outs which include metabolic work and three High intensity interval training (HIIT) cardio days.  
 
Monday’s
workout  à which kicked my butt
 
A1) Overhead Squat: 4 x 18

A2) Split Squat Jump: 4 x 20

Recovery: 90 seconds
B1) Incline Dumbbell Press: 4
x 12

B2) Inch Worm: 4 x 15.

Recovery: 60 seconds

C1) Iron Cross: 3 x 20  (stand arms lateral, squat arms forward)

C2) Super Burpees: 3 x 15 (squat thrust)

Recovery: 90 seconds

D1) Front Plank Hold: 3 sets
of 45 seconds each.

Recovery: 60 seconds

Metabolic Complex:

E1) Inch Worms: 3 x 8

E2) Jump Rope: 3 x 50 jumps

E3) Jumping Jacks: 3 x 100

Recovery: 90 seconds
It was so challenging.  I recommend you try
