I have a Question your all of you fitness followers
How often do you deload or take a
rest from training?
I noticed that deloading (decreasing number of sets or decreasing intensity/weight) really benefits my
training and goals.
This is how I schedule my training sessions every week for deloading/ recovery
purposes.
Week 1: Low volume… low intensity
1-2 sets, 20 reps (metabolic or circuit training)
Week 2: Low volume…
medium intensity à 3 sets 8-12 reps
Week 3: High volume….
high intensity à 4-5 sets, 6-8 reps
