What are the best results for fat loss if time and schedule is not an issue?

-Do cardio in the AM on an empty stomach (fasted cardio)

-Same day: Split cardio and weight training: Morning fasted cardio…PM weight training

-Same Day: weights first followed by steady state cardio

-Same day: weights first followed by HIIT

-Do cardio and weight training on separate days

if schedule was not a problem i would probably lean toward the AM cardio with PM weights, but as with most questions there is no black and white answer and the same thing is not going to work for everyone.
some people might get better results doing resistance training on one day and doing HIIT another day, making sure to get at least 3 days of HIIT in per week.
doing cardio and weight sessions every day would probably burn you out right quick so you have to watch out for overtraining, but that’s probably your best bet if you are looking for quick results.

Thanks Pete that makes sense, that is what I pretty much do..

What are your thoughts about doing HIIT in the morning on an empty stomach?

The reason why I am asking this question is because I have less energy and motivation at night to HIIT. I actually prefer weight training at night but NOT HIIT.

Also, my stomach can not handle food well in the am that is why I would do HIIT in fasted state………….
