Hey guys,
This morning I decided to changes things up a bit with my cardio.
I wanted to do a high intensity cardio session so I decided to do plate pushes. 
 
I first warmed up for 5 min on the treadmill 
 
Note: I put a towel under the 45 lb weight so it would not scratch the wood floor in the gym 
 
I proceeded to do 20 sets of plate pushes across the room 
 
I took 30-45  second breaks in between each set 
  
My heart was wayyyyyyyy up and I felt like I was going to explode!!!
 
It was an awesome metabolic workout which lasted me no more then 15-20 minutes
I highly recommend trying this high intensity workout. 
Make sure to adjust the weight of the plate or duration according to your fitness level.
