Juggernaut is a pre-workout drink. There isnt anything in it illegal and should be fine with any organization that tests.

No, i have no sponsors sadly. I rep for Betancourt Nutrition but they wont pay for anything. I get free product each month but no help with anything contest wise.

Ok, day 1 on JUGGERNAUT. I mixed 1 scoop in approx 8oz of water. It mixed perfectly. Flavor was really good! Drank on my way to the gym and by the time I got there it was starting to work. I had already worked back earlier today but I have a cold, allergies and damn sinus shyt going on so it totally sucked. Time for a do-over but this time with JUGGERNAUT!

BACK
Narrow Grip Pull Ups with V-Bar: 4 x 8-10 w/BW
Narrow Grip Cable Rows: 4 x 8-10 w/175, 205, 235, 235

Day 2 on JUGGERNAUT.No complaints at all! This stuff is awesome. The energy is really good and steady, no spike or super take off like most pre workout drinks.

TRICEPS
V-Bar Press Downs: 2x25 w/80 4x15 w/100,120,140,170
CGPB: 4x12-15w/225
DIPS on Bench: 3x20 w/BW+50
DB Kick Backs: 3x10-12 w/25,30,35
http://youtu.be/P-7zgm5Rvmc
BICEPS
PinWheel Curls: 4x8-10 w/30,35,40,45
Double Bicep Cable Curl: 2x10 w/40 2x10 w/50
Nice little workout, I dont work my biceps that much mainly becuase it hurts due to an old injury. So i keep it at 2 exercises and rely on rows, pull downs and other back movements to work them.

NIce close grip!! that is some weight!

DO you always do close grip on a smith machine?

Is your tempo always that fast? what is your reasoning?

Normally I use regular bench and go heavier. Tempo varies sometimes slower sometimes with pauses etc. I always switch it up. I love close grip it really fries my triceps.

Today was shoulder day. Normally I love shoulder day but im just so drained of energy, focus and drive right now. Allergies are totally killing my manhood in the gym. Thank god for JUGGERNAUT! It helped in a major way but my workout still leaned towards the “why even bother being here” side.

SHOULERS

Seated DB Press: 40x20, 50x20, 60x10, 70x10, 75x11

http://youtu.be/kI1M0rRrsdg

DB Side Raise: 2x20 w/25,30 2x10 w/35,40
DB Front Raise: 2x15 w/20,25 2x12 w/30,35
Seated Machine Delt Press: 2x10 w/170 palms in 2x10 w/170 palms forward
In my book, a sad workout. But theres always next week. Im leaving for Clear Water Florida in amonth so i really need to get this allergy bug thing out of my system and train my ass off so i can get my sexy on for the beach. lol

right now i do 4 days sometimes 5. 1 body part a day. Ive backed way off the intensity and volume. Normally doing 3 to 4 sets of 8-10 or going lighter and hitting 20-25 reps. Nothing set in stone right now, more how ever i feel is the way i train. Leg day tomorrow, i need a great nights sleep for sure. lol Once im outta this funk ill go back to a better routine.

Hey buddy… keeps your head up high… those “slacking workouts will pass…

I get this feeling 2-3 times a years… It’s weird… You lose all motivation, drive, pump, and enthusiasm…

I learned to change my workout up completely so i have something new to look forward to.

Maybe your body needs a break to?? Sometimes its your body trying to tell you to take it easy and recover..

LOL I had never seen those videos either! That’s pretty funny… I just read that they put that quote in the 3rd XMen movie becuase of those cartoons too… I had no idea.

BB2K, do you like this over the other supplements you’ve tried? I have a couple clients who like Jack3d or NO-xplode, but they have to go really lite on those cause it gives them the jitters so they only use like half a serving.

ive tried a lot of pre workout products. A lot were really good in some ways and bad in others. I want results 1st but demand flavor as well. Superpump MAX was really good as far as energy and flavor was good. Muscle Pharms Assault was awesome but its gotten to sweet for me. Juggernaut works really well but the flavor isnt all that great. its good, not great. BullNOX by Betancourt Nutrtion has to be my #1 all time fav. Not because i rep for them but it honestly has really good energy without jitters and the flavor is second to none. Grape is my fav, its like a Welches grape drink, pure heaven.

FINALLY back in the gym. I had a great workout, awesome pumps and overall felt fantastic. Im not 100% just yet, still trying to get all this damn mucus out of my sinuses. JUGGERNAUT worked fantastic as always, sadly no video today but i will post more vids soon.
TRICEPS
*used my Grip4orce Grips
-V-Bar Press Downs: 100x25, 120x20, 140x15, 170x15
-CGBP- 135x20, 185x15, 225x3x8
-JM Press: 3x8-10 w/75,95,115
-Bench Dips: 3x12-15 w/50,60,70
BICEPS
*used my Grip4orce Grips
-PinWheel Curls: 3x8-10 w/30,35,40
-BB Curls: 3x8-10 w/65,85,100
-Con Curl: 3x15 w/25,30,35
Not my best workout but VERY happy to be back in the gym finally. 1 scoop JUGGERNAUT had me feeling just fine so i cant wait until all this cold mucus crap is outta me and i can go full steam ahead.

how close are you from going pro? do you compete in the natural comps, or the non tested comps?   can you go pro in the tested league of body building?

i would love to go pro but i am not even close. lol I honestly feel if i gave 100% i could do very well in my age group at any show any day of the week. I know i have the potential i just dont havea training partner with the same goals and that makes pushing myself over the edge hard to do.

oh, they arent hard to find they are hard to keep. When they see the way i need to train they dont like it, they like to BS and talk to much. Im more of a put my head set on, crank up the music and do work kinda guy. 99% of the “bros” in my gym talk and wanna look at womens asses all day.

after reading your first few posts regarding being tired and not having great workouts, i figured you might be sick. using a body part split like you are should keep you relatively fresh, i figured it had to be something more than just normal fatigue.

have you always used pre-workout supplements or do you train cold turkey from time to time?

I normally train cold turkey but use the pre workout drinks from time to time. After a while your body gets use to them and they end having little to no effect.
