im all about being healthy and not doing stupid stuff. I will say i am not for nor am i against steroid use. I do believe they are totally safe if used correctly. To many young pups out there want to be ronnie coleman in 30days and think mega dosing is the answer but fail to THINK about what mega dosing can do to the male reproductive system over time. Moderation is the key to everything really.

There are far worse things for the body, available over the counter, than steroids. A wise man once said “show me the bodies”. No one has ever died from steroid use. They have tried to blame steroids but never had proof. Steroids help people in so many ways but i do agree if a 180lb kid thinks he can inject 1000mg of test a week and be fine… hes stupid. The amount a pro takes is far different than what a much smaller person would take. Some cycle steroids on and off others will increase the dose then cut back and cruise, both ways have been shown to work and work safely.

What are you talking about you have not heard people dying from steroids??

I personally know people who have been hospitalized and or died due to steroid use. This includes organ failure, heart failure, even a brain tumor… Steroid use is not something to take lightly…

I disagree with it FULLY however if someone was going to take them they should be monitored by a doctor… I just don’t think its worth it…

Your life and health is worth a pro card??? Really?? For what??

Just compete in natural shows and work with what you were born with… put 120% in it… if its not meant to be then let it go and be happy you put your best…

i’d love to see proof of these deaths by steroids. NEVER have i heard of anyone dying from steroids… ever. Not even muntzer. he died of dehydration and kidny failure. There has never been direct proof steroids killed anyone. If they did then why are they prescribed to so many people for so many GOOD HEALTHY reasons? Now dont get me wrong, i am all for the natural way just read a lot on steroids and love to debunk the crazy myths out there.

VERY nice chest and tricep day today. It started off with a bad max bench but Imanaged to take that FAIL and turn it around into WINNING. I wanted to see how my strength was today, but I have a bad habbit of doing to many sets and reps before I attempt a max and end up failing. I got 315 for 3 then attempted 335… um… NO. So i took it back down to 315 and got the first rep but #2 fell on my chest like it was 500. lol

http://youtu.be/Cs7iZHIWEXM

So I just said fk it and went with 225 for reps. I have been making fantastic gains with moderate weight and keeping the reps no less than 10. I strive for no less than 12. I often go as high as 25 reps and my chest and arms are loving it.

On to todays workout:

CHEST
-Flat Bench Press: 135x20, 185x15, 225x10, 275x8, 315x3, 335x1, 315x1 (#2 failed) 225x17
-Incline DB Press: 3 x 12 with 85, 95, 105
-Flat DB Fly: 3 x 10 with 50
-Decline Hammer Press: 225x30, 315x15, 405x8, 315x8, 225x8, 135x15
http://youtu.be/UPak4L3MjII
http://youtu.be/TjPyuvhPdqI

TRICEPS
-V-bar press downs: 3x12-15 with 100,110,120
-Dips: BW x 3xfailure
-CGBP: 4 x 15

VERY pleased with todays workout. I am just going to focus more on moderate weight with higher reps. Easier on ym old man joints as well. JUGGERNAUT came through again today. I honestly was expecting my body to be use to it by now but seems it still likes the energy from it. Thats a good thing!

When steroids are abused! Which in most cases they are and not monitored by doctors the problems you listed above could have been caused due to steroids…

I am sure they didn’t die from the injected steroid itself however the unmonitored use could have been the cause… i am telling you i know people that have had these problems

I found this article.. just one of many.. I am not saying its common but it is a risk
By : Johanna Mauer

Baldness. Those that have abused steroids side effects might expertise a loss of hair as a result. This may be on your head, as well as in other areas of your body where hair will grow. Even though this is a tough symptom to directly attribute to steroid abuse, it is one factor which is a most likely lengthy term result of abusing steroids.

Glaucoma. Glaucoma outcomes in increased intraocular steroids side effects pressure, according to the Mayo Clinic, and is typically diagnosed only whenever you need a new pair of glasses and your doctor checks your eye pressure. Glaucoma can cause a mild aching within the eyes along with a loss of peripheral vision. See your physician if you notice an alter inside your vision whilst taking steroids.

Jaundice. Should you suspect you are experiencing the typical signs of jaundice then you should obviously consult a medical steroids side effects expert. Signs of jaundice includes yellowing of the skin and eyes.

Liver tumors are typical among those that have taken steroids side effects for lengthy periods at a time. If you suspect you might be having liver related issues as a result of taking steroids you should consult a physician instantly.

Acute Adrenal Insufficiency. One of the much more serious side effects, adrenal steroids side effects insufficiency may result in death if not treated instantly, based on the National Endocrine and Metabolic Diseases Information Service. Symptoms consist of confusion, extreme fatigue, weight loss along with a change in skin pigmentation.

Heart Failure of steroids side effects. The Mayo Clinic warns that heart failure is a possible side effect of steroid therapy. You may experience a feeling of somebody sitting on your chest, you may tire easily, or really feel as although you’re not taking in enough oxygen. Discuss these symptoms with your doctor.

Deepened Voice is steroids side effects. Women who take steroids will frequently have a deeper voice as a result.

Develop Breasts is steroids side effects. Males who take
steroids might expertise breast development similar to ladies as a result of taking steroids.

Arrhythmias. Palpitations along with a rapid heart beat may happen whilst taking steroids. Discuss these events together with your physician as they could lead to much more significant steroids side effects complications.

llulko, 99% of the “side effects” you listed are not steroid related. They are problems people can get without steroid use. Baldness? lol That isnt steroids thats hereditary. And glaucoma can happen to ANYONE. Deepened voice? ive never seen or heard ANY man getting a deepened voice from steroids.. women are a different story. Besides a deepened voice wont kill anyone. Breasts? Most men develope these with or with out steroids… i had gyno as a kid and wasnt taking any steroids…? Rapid heart beat?? Never heard of steroids causing that EXCEPT when a novice trys to run an advanced cycle and blood pressure rises. Jaundice? you can get that from drinking to much alcohol, blood transfucions, having sex with someone that has hepititus etc.

Im not saying they are 100% safe because like any other drug, prescribed or OTC they can be abused. But the “side effects” you listed have been bunked many times over. Never have i seen a research study that proved steroids were the number one cause of anything related to death.

ok, enough steroid debates. Back to my log…

Busted shoulders and hamstrings today. The pumps were crazy insane! Never have i had pumps so damn strong! They actually hurt like hell. I had to rest 3-5min between sets just to allow them to calm down enough so i could actually move my arms. lol

SHOULDERS

-Seated Smith Front Press: 135x20, 155x15, 175x15, 185x12, 225x10
-Seated 1 Arm DB Press: 40x10, 50x10, 60x10
-BB Wide Grip Upright Row: 3x10-12 with 115lbs
-Incline DB Rear Delt Fly: 3x10-12 with 30lbs

HAMSTRINGS

-Kneeling 1 Leg Curl: 35x3x20, 100x3x10
-Seated Hammer Leg Curl: 3x15 with 100lbs
-Lyine Leg Curl: 3 x 15-20 with 70lbs
*super Set with
-1 Leg calf press: 3 x 20 with 60lbs

The pump was amazing, energy, focus and drive are all still 100%. I normally get used to a product like this pretty quickly and it doesnt do so great after about 2 weeks of use, but JUGGERNAUT is kickin azz and taking names every single workout.

This is a problem… You really need to find a way to motivate yourself…

Maybe a different type of workout to spark your interest and motivation, new music play list, more carbs lol…

I think you need to change something up because this is not normal that’s just my opinion… I guess i love working out by myself because i get through it alot faster… maybe that’s my mind set.

Have you thought about switching gyms?

SWOLE PATROL in the house!
nice striations and veins you have going on there. are you training for a comp? if so i would imagine you are going to shave that hairy ass chest, hahaha.

and p.s., it doesn’t sound like this juggernaut stuff is pulling its weight if your workouts are sucking this badly. i know it’s more a motivation problem than a performance problem, but this thread isn’t making me want to even waste time trying this stuff.

I think that is a smart decision…

Who knows what the cause it but this supplement is certainly not helping you…

If you can do without it and eliminate something processed and unnatural from your diet, that would be a great idea…

I’m going to discontinue my log here. I wanted to log JUGGERNAUT long enough to be able to give my honest feedback and i am now able to do so. Thank you Infinite Labs for the jug of JUGGERNAUT and the chance to log it for you.
Ratings:

Mixability: 10/10 not one complaint here. Mixed perfectly

Flavor: 8/10 very tasty but got kinda tired of it after a while.

Energy: 8/10 energy was great for the most part but towards the end of my log it was tapering off.

Focus: 9/10 it really helped me focus a lot more on the weights, reps and pump i got.

Pumps: 8/10 some days pumps were a lot stronger than others but no real complaint here.

Overall: 8/10 I was very satisfied with this product, it did a really good job. Only real complaint was the flavor got old fast and the energy and pumps werent as strong each time.
Thanks again Infinite Labs for allowing me to log this product!!

Actually- steroids are for winners LOL. If you want to look at bodybuilders/weightlifters/powerlifters. Or even baseball players and football players. But, that’s besides the point. Steroids are obviously completely up to you on whether you want to take them. You don’t need people on the internet calling you a loser for a personal decision. You are trying to better yourself. Now, if you said you are going to go do some meth, I would have a problem. But, I mean if you’re trying to become better- I say that is a personal decision you should sit down and really look at yourself.

Unfortunately in our society that’s how people think… but in my opinion i think it’s for loser…

People take them because THEY are not capable of pushing beyond their limits on their own…

It’s cheating and completely down grades natural athletes…

I have a right to state my opinion and i stand by it.  They are athletes that are drug free and they are able to break records.. those are the athletes that should be respected.. not cheaters

i dont have respect for thier win and glory.

I know they all work hard, have motivation dedication ect but its plain old cheating..

What about the 2nd 3rd or 4th place winner that was natural?/ is that a fair wiln??

they obviously were not born a winner so they opted for cheating to in..

maybe “loser” is a harsh word.. bottom line I dont respect thier win..

that is fair, thats your opinion and I respect it.
