MONDAY 11TH JULY 2011
Overview: 6am start at the gym, blitzed biceps and abs. Super-set
biceps curls on barbell curling machine. Left arm curls to burn out,
followed by same on right, then both. Finished with slow controlled
curls bringing two 12.5kgs dumbbells from chest to upper thigh area
(without touching).
Diet: Started the morning off with 2 weetabix
/ skimmed milk. Mid morning whey protein drink, followed by ‘grazing’
on rice, vegetable stir fry and mackerel between 9am – 5pm. Undid all
my good work at night! I went to a restaurant with work and had a prawn
kebab starter followed by an 8oz sirloin steak with chips, salad and
peppercorn sauce before completely blowing out with a giant slab of
chocolate fudge cake and ice cream. This was all washed down with 4
pints of lager. Am I a bad person?? 

WEDNESDAY 13TH JULY 2011
Overview: No morning session, visited Total
fitness between 8 -10pm. Focused on legs and abs with a touch of CV
(3km run and 1km row). Took it relatively easy with the 6am session
Thursday in mind. Finished off with 20 minute sauna / steam room – I
really need to stop these!
Did the 5 stroke challenge, my best score being 119metres! (see video)Your text to link here…
Diet:
Started the morning off with fibre flakes / skimmed milk. Mid morning
whey protein drink, followed by ‘grazing’ on rice, vegetable stir fry
and mackerel between 9am – 5pm: can you see the pattern yet??. Had a
bowl of soup before training, followed by jacket potato, beans and
salad after training at 10.30pm (note to self: cut out the late night
eating!).

What do you do when you are pulled away form your daily routine for work or something like that?
