Ken Anderson from Anderson powerlifting and I where discussing shoulder pain on the phone when benching raw. That is when I was verbally introduced to the Titan Ram and within three days I had some to try. I have never been so excited to lift as I am now this thing has created a whole new atmosphere with my crew.
Lets begin with my first workout experience using this device.
135x8
225x8
315x5
365x3 Ram
405x3 Ram
455x3 Ram
475x3 Ram
505x1 Ram
I then decided to try a rep set at 405 just to see how well my shoulder would hold up using the ram I completed 14 reps with ease and no pain upon completion. I then wanted to confirm that the ram was not acting as if I was wearing a bench shirt and would let the lower weights touch first completed 1 rep at 225 then 1 rep at 185.
In closing I am not sponsored nor do I endorse any product at this time but this device is the most amazing and effective piece of equipment I have ever used. It has (Due to pain) been years since I could complete more than one rep per lift once I hit 365 and the pain was to unbearable (without gear) to go much past 400. The ram sets your body in position to Bench taking stress from the delt and applying it to the tri and allows you to effectively use the lat. If you have any shoulder pain or want to prevent ever having shoulder pain give Ken a call this is a must have tool and rather inexpensive Andersonpowerlifting.com Tell him Butch sent ya
