I still am convinced this product will end up being a game changer not only for myself but the entire A.M portion of my Team. Results may vary is common lingo with the weightlifting and supplement world. And I am speaking with confidence and proof that this product across the board is one of the true results driven product in our sport. I as well as the rest of my team have seen dramatic improvements since the last time I had written about the Ram. I will say our training has been more on the lighter side with the Ram the last few weeks. I am going to post Jason Neuhards work out from Monday using the Ram. Consider Jason when he came to us in May had no experience and had a raw bench under 300.
135x6
225x6
300x3 Ram
335= 10x3 Ram
300x3 easy Raw
Again understand Jason is very new to the sport and has already posted a single ply 435 in contest in the same shirt he posted 350 3months earlier. And is now beginning to train multiply (TITAN SK of course).
Additionally we have used the ram in a multitude of other ways. Scott likes to do chain pushups super deep while wearing a weighted vest. This I can confirm has improved his bar stabilization and has led to even further increases in lockout speed. Scott just posted his first 500 full range press in training this is a 25lb improvement in 3 weeks (FACT)
Again I am do not work for nor am I sponsored by Anderson powerlifting. Although I do have a great relationship with Ken and do suggest that everyone try this product.

 Its true, Im still very new to the sport.Before I became a member of  Butchs Barbell Team Darksyde Ironwear I had developed some very bad lifting habits,within a week of training with the a.m.crew I was lifting with proper form.To make a long story short,I like using the rams because of the form it keeps me in during a lift and the lack of assistance.I like knowing that what Im bench pressing while wearing the ram is close to my raw bench.

  The concept was I believe created at super training gym with a product called slingshot. But the TITAN Ram design differs greatly and in my opinion supports the lift better with out adding excessive rebound. Again the best thing for anyone interested to do is call Anderson Powerlifting ask for Ken he will spend time talking to you and you would be hard pressed to find someone as helpful as himself.
