Arnold Classic Weekend 2012
This year at the Arnold Expo Anderson Powerlifting will be trend setting as usual. Hosting the first open to anyone willing RAM bench press for reps contest this contest will host three divisions and winners will be rewarded on both Friday and Saturday come days end. The divisions will be Womens (Body weight for reps) Mens 200lb and under and mens 200+ and NO boys yours will not be at body weight . So bring you’re A game and visit the Anderson Powerlifting booth and give the contest a shot or just come try the ram and see first hand how trend setting this device has become. Uses for this device apply to all sports and add in prehab and rehab training as well. My team itself has experienced remarkable improvements on lifts and joint comfort while working with well beyond max effort percentage lifts.
