For this winter im going to continue  with heavy weight, lower reps. Im trying to get bigger but at the same time keep a dry lean look and not become to bloated with water weight. So what I plan to do is keep a consistent amount of time to cardio. I would like to get a jump start for the spring time before i start cutting. For cardio Im going to do 30 mins a day on the tredmil with a incline of about 12% and the speed between 3.8 and 4.0. This is almost like a fast pass walk. The good thing about this type of cardio is it not gonna brake down any of the muscle its gonna target more of a fat loss. As time gets closer to spring then Ill start leaning out the deit as well.

Great workout program!!

You are right on point about clean bulking.  Your cardio routine looks like a great idea for preventing muscle loss.  Many people fail to understand the concept of cardio while on a clean bulk

How many days are you doing steady state cardio?

What does your diet look like??

Do you take supplements for preventing muscle loss (post workout nutrition)?

That sounds like a pretty sold base to start to get ready. I like to do a min amount of cardio a day like about 30 mins. I do abbs every other day, and alternate it with lower back work out to keep tight all around.
