I am back on the fish oil, lol. My tendinitis came back hard as nails, and its been killing me. I have been training through it for the last two weeks and I finaly said enough is enough, its time to get back on my fish oil adventure, and that is taking so much fish oil a day that I turn into a fish. I stoped taking the 65 fish oil a day because Pan Ams was over and I wanted to take a break form it, but now thats its back its game time again. It worked wounders for me before the games, and now my pain is going away very fast thanks to my great adventure of 65 fish oil pills a day. I should really contact a supplement company and try to get rich of this because I am onto something. I had a few of my freinds that are in the same boat as me with pain and they said “jon, it worked” I said yea people I told you so. after I win gold I am going to thank not god or my mom, but fish oil……..lol yea budy light weight, now go train and stop reading this.
my fish oil advneture......game time
Fish Oil Reduces Insulin Resistance
The Metabolic Syndrome is a collection of symptoms linked to heart disease and type 2 diabetes that include abdominal obesity, abnormal blood fats, poor blood sugar regulation, and high blood pressure. The problem is linked to genetics, overweight, sedentary lifestyle, and poor diet.
A study on rats from the University of Litoral in Argentina found that a diet high in simple sugars promoted insulin resistance and increased body fat. Adding fish oil to the diet restored metabolic health and promoted weight loss. Fish oil improves blood sugar regulation and reduces symptoms of the Metabolic Syndrome. (Nutrition, 26: 209-217, 2010)

I did not know there was liquid fish oil. I always just thought it was in the pill form. Do you know where you can get the liquid fish oil? This would be much better rather than taking so many dang pills all the time!
Jon, it also comes in the form that you can buy at the butcher at the grocery store. Salmon. You should eat more of it. And by the way, damn I cook good ribs, damn. Also, Jon, a challenge. they sell ginger root at the farmers market across from in and out. I challenge you to guy ONE root, and figure out a way to get it all into your belly by the end of the week. bet you cant do it. the internet is your friend Jon.
Jon,
Hey Jon,
I use Carlson’s liquid fish oil and cod liver oil. Both are lemon flavored and cost about $25 for 100 - 1.8 gram servings of high quality fish oil. I also get whole mackerel for about $3.99 per pound. It tastes great on the grill.

Speaking of crossfit, I finished off a big crock pot of paleo friendly beef and vegetable stew today. Tonight I am going to have a paleo friendly pasta dish with the marinara that is made from the tomatoes donny grew in his garden, along with a paleo friendly beer.
you will find that eating paleo is very easy, if you just type “paleo friendly” in front of whatever food you want to eat.
