Yes I do still plan on doing my show in 2012. My training just started for the show and I am loving it. My legs are small so i am trying to put some mass on them. Like I said I have a lot of work to do. I am going to try to put on 20lbs on the next series of squats. My max for One rep is at 255lbs not bad for having a bad knee. not bad buddy, those numbers aren’t terrible at all. are you training for a bodybuilding competition? do you have a coach or trainer setting your workouts for you?

Yes I am training for a competition. the show is in 2012. So I have some time to train. About a coach or trainer no I do not have one. I am a Personal Trainer myself. Any pointers on your behalf ?

i cant complaing about this workout, looks hard enough for me, keep up the good work. If you ever need any advice maybe ill be able to help, dont be afraid to ask.
