I am having a hard time training my arms. Does anyone have any ideas to help with building my arms? I have trained them for hours. Every session but still have not to much results. Please help

what kind of exercises are you doing? are you sticking with direct arm work, big compound exercises, etc.

sounds good biff. i just want to see what you have been doing to grow your arms that has been unsuccessful so i know what hasn’t worked for you so far. there are so many different ways to attack arms, and you never know what is going to work until you try it.

biff,

I dont know what your doing or have done.  But I am fairly sure that about two or three times a week of a couple of big, compuound exercises, plus some basic direct stuff, like barbell curls and standing or lying french presses are about what it takes to have arm growth

the specifics are dependant on your specifics, which you have not provided.

try to do some supersets with body weight pushups after your maing excercises, this should put on that muscle you want
