WOW!! 4:00 am… that is what i call dedication!!

That’s a lot of supplements?  DO you prefer protein powder/supplements over whole food or is it a matter of convenience?

How long have you been on this diet and what results have you noticed?

It’s for convenience, I am up at 4:00am and don’t get home till 6:00pm so to get the protein I want I use the protein drinks. I sometimes use more solid meals when I have the time or for a change.

I have just started this diet but I have used this type of diet the last few years. My body does better with a lower carb diet.

Holy crap, that’s an insane schedule? What do you do for a living that makes you follow that crazy schedule? Or do you just like to wake up and train super early?

i agree with llulko, that’s a ton of supplements. are there days during the week where you get to eat mostly whole foods or is this your eating schedule 7 days a week?

how long are you planning on maintaining this diet for?

Today starts week 2 of my diet and workout using Scivation plan. I have 10 weeks to complete my goal.

I finished up Friday with chest and back and Saturday with shoulders and traps. I took the rest of the weekend off to relax.
I will be doing legs today and will be increasing to 3 sets per exercise for 10 to 6 reps.

Squats and leg curls
Leg press and stiff leg deadlifts
Leg extension and dumbell leg curls
Calf press on leg press
Seated calf on smith machine

I started today stacking:
Sci fit caffeine
Primaforce Yohimbine
Primaforce Lean Green
Primaforce Alcalean

I am also taking Scivation Sesamin, fish oil and CLA starting today.

I work 10 hour days and I have an 1hour 15min. drive to and from work so this is my schedule during the week. The weekends are a more normal schedule.

This is my plan for the next 10 weeks, I change my diet up every so often. There are times I cut back on the protein powder and get more solid food but alot of times to make it easy while I am at work I use the protein powder.
I have been using this type of diet or something close to it the last few years.  If I use a 6 meal plan I will eat 3 solid meals and drink the other 3 meal.

Hey!
If this diet is working for you then stick with it!! If it ain’t broken don’t try to fix it..

I am sure you would get better results with more whole foods however due to your tight schedule it makes sense to supplement…

Most importantly how do you feel…tired, energized, and hungry???

Are you seeing results with this diet??

It’s all a trial and error, what works for one person might not work for the next…

Personally i would feel hungry, I like the taste, fullness and texture of whole food rather then shakes…

Either way I am impressed with your dedication… Your schedule looks rough!

I appreciate all the feed back because it makes me look and make sure I am doing all I can to achieve my goals.

But I do feel good and have plenty of energy for my workouts.

She is going to be 12 this year and will be going into her 4th year of pitching fastpitch softball.

For HIIT I am using bodyweight exercies, I will use 3 or 4 and rotate them in a circuit. I will choose something like these burpees, jumping jacks, jump rope, push ups, pull ups, planks, moutain climbers. I will start with 10 to 15 reps and work my way down to 1 rep taking a 20 to 30 second break between circuits.

Wokeup yesterday morning and did some HIIT cardio and abs.
Diet has been going good and feel like I am making progress.
Today will be Chest and Back day.
I have adjusted my diet a little by cutting back on the fat intake, I feel my body does better with an intake of around 70 to 90 grams. My carbs are staying on the low side but I am cycling them a little to keep my body guessing and I keep my protein steady.

How do you like:

Primaforce Lean Green
Primaforce Alcalean
Primaforce Yohimbine

I heard about these supplements but what results have you noticed?

Can you provide brief descriptions… I just am curious to know about there benefits..

I am a little skeptical of all the supplements you are taking.. it just seems like A LOT!! Do you cycle your supplements?

Lean Green is just their green tea supplement which is always good for fat burning.

Alcalean is acetyl-l-carnitine and helps improve performance, burn fat and enhance recovery

Yohimbine can increase fat loss especially in “trouble areas” such as the midsection and love handles for men and glutes and thighs.

I have been using the last 3 weeks. I stack them with caffeine to make a fat burner stack. Just like with any supplements it is hard to tell how much difference they are making besides just doing you regular diet  and workouts. I know in the last 3 weeks I have maintained my weight but have lost a 1/2” of my waist and 1” around my hips.

I will be using this stack for the 10 weeks I am giving myself to reach my goals. The main supplements I stick with year round are protein, creatine and my essential fats. Other than that I cycle in beta alanine, arginine and BCAA’s.

I buy my supplements at muscleandstrength.com if you want to check out a more detailed explanation of each supplement.
