165lb lifter OJ Riley stood out with a great 330lb bench and 350 near miss. Not to mention a 450 pull red lighted due to pumping but he is making great strides. Butch’s barbell teams next meet will be in December AND I WILL BE COMPETING IN THIS ONE.

goal is to get a 600 + bench out for me training using a combined method living in columbus ohio I have access to some of the greatest power knowledge around. we typically do a speed day and heavy day workout

as far as the team is concerned my two light weights are both going to shoot for a 450+ pull and OJ (Juice) is going to attempt a 350+ bench. my middle weight (220) is going to attempt 500 my 242 lifter is going to attempt a raw 425 on bench
