TODAYS GOING TO BE TOUGH, WORKING ON SPEED AND HIP STRENTGH & FIGHTING A COLD. ONLY IN MICHIGAN IS IT 40 ONE DAY AND THEN 75 THE NEXT DAY
RESULTS: RACK PULLS FOR HEAVY TRIPLES WORKED UP TO 765 STARTED AT 495 AND INCREASED BY QUARTERS. 7 SETS WAS TOUGH BUT WILL HELP IN THE LONG RUN

Hahaha, man that sucks. I live in CA and I couldn’t imagine dealing with the weather in other states, although ours has been acting pretty weird lately.

when I first started posting I was listing them individualy for the workout. Dynamic is the day we work on soeed thru the deadlift as compared to heavy pull which is all about weight. I’m now posting all of my workouts under the my daily workouts.

Here is my theory, if you reall more on strength you are better starting witha static pull, if you rely more on speed you do a dynamic pull. What do you guys think?
