today was heavy squat 4 doubles & 1 single went 525,545,565,585 for doubles, & 605 for a single. felt much better then 2 weeks ago. accessories were leg sled for 4 of 8,then supersetted stiff legged deads with ad & abducters. this amount of volume should help with over all strength.

That is a good workout man, I am very impressed with your numbers man keep up the good training, but not to good or else youll start beating me lol.
