its always great to start off on the right foot!

I’m just pumped that I’m finally open. Great to have the support from Butch’s Barbell. Couldn’t have done it without you guys. Look forward to some great training sessions in the near future. Ironworx Gym is on it’s way to the top. We’ll have to get some pics of the gym and some training vids up on here next time

Sorry Jared well things are good Jon Elick and myself are taking a team to the USPF ohio championships the 24th. And I along with John Blackstone are putting on a memorial benefit meet july 30th for former Mdog member Dave Clement and taking donations to try to help his daughter have the opportunity to go to college. I dont know if you have read what I posted about Dave and his Passing and what it meant to us personnaly and the APF as a having lost a great judge and State Chairmen it was ground shattering. So John and I figure the least we can do is make sure his daughter is given every opportunity in this life.

Is this Iron worx a powerlifting gym?  is there any olympic weightlifting there?  where is it localted, even if it is only powerlifting I would love to come out there and train.

Well hello everyone. sorry for knapping on the job. LOL. Well the meet at ironworx went very very well. Thankyou to everyone who turned out and participated. Special thanks to everyone who helped put it on and chipped in. You are all a great asset to the sport. Butches barebell did AWESOME. Most of us walked away with some hardware.GREAT SHOWING GUYS AND GREAT TEAM EFFORT. I appologize to all who have had questions about the gym and i have not answered. If you have questions please message me and i will get back with you asap. My life has been very very crazy as of late. Look forward to hearing from everyone and chatting.

Thanks Wade for your help. I can also answer questions for Ironworx Gym that come up. The USPF Ohio State Championships meet was such a success that we will be hosting another meet in the fall. We will post dates once we set the meet.
We have photos posted for the USPF meet and I will post some other photos of the gym here at Ironworx Gym.
Thanks again to Wade and his team for helping out, most of us set new records and the Butches Barball and Ironworx team walked away with most of the trophies.

you are right butch, this gym sounds like heaven.  hard training is hard training, and people who train hard need a gym to train hard at, and most of the pussy gyms in this country limit us from going balls to the wall.  I am glad that there is another gym in this great country that provides this training atmospher!  

It’s true… i know someone that was yelled at in my gym for lifting heavy dead lifts lol.
 
I once had a trainer come up to me and tell me I should not do straight leg dead lifts because it was bad for my back!!
 
I later saw her doing zumba dance moves in the mirror thinking she was “TRAINING” super hard!! I was lmao!! How embarrassing… I don’t think she ever lifted a weight in her life and they hired her as a trainer!!
 
It was so awkward and disturbing!! She literally was dancing in the middle on the gym with her thunder thighs… save the for the dance room lady! I was embarrassed for her
 

I was thinking. Maybe muscle dog can come down for the event. Maybe even throw in some Tees. LOL. But all joking aside. Lets get the deal done. Muscledog and Iron Worx Gym together for the event.

Where is centerville ohio? Ill have to stop by if im ever around there.
