I just add more cardio. 40 min every day before breakfast and if I need one more session I do after dinner.

And how do you make your shake? smoothie, water, milk?? do you add things to it?
My favorite way to use protein powder is making a dough like protein pudding.. 1 scoop chocolate protein, 1 tbsp almond butter and 2 tbsp water .. YUM!!! not all protein powders make good puddings so you have to test it out
