I would like to start a fitness Journal.
What would you recommend I start with?
1. My diet, what I eat every day, how many calories?
2. My workouts, how many calories I burn, how many reps I do?

I think if you are going to start a fitness journal you first need to set up your goals. What are you looking to do? Are you trying to lose weight? Trying to get strong? etc. Ones you get those figured out you can decide what you need to put in journal. Counting calories does not reeally apply to someone that there main focus is getting stronger. Counting calories would be more for someone trying to lose weight.
