MEAL 1: 4 egg whites 3/4 cup oatmeal (will reduce to 1/2 if not lowering bodyfat)
MEAL 2: 15-20 almonds
MEAL 3: 5 oz. sweet potato, 4 oz. grilled chicken, 1 small apple
MEAL 4: 1 scoop chocolate protein powder: 12 gram carb, 20 gram protein, 1 gram fat. I have this with 1TBSP peanut butter
MEAL 5: 6 oz. grilled chicken and 1 cup asparagus
MEAL 6: 4 oz. grilled chicken and 1/2 cup asparagus

sometimes I have 1/2 cup oatmeal for meal one with 15 grams of another carb- yam or strawberries. (rather than 3/4 cup oats)
