5 minutes: RPE 3-4 - Decrease speed to cool down

Total Workout Time  35 Minutes

* This workout can be done using any cardio machine or outside.  If you walk, run or cycle outside, simply maintain a steady pace for as long as you can, increasing intensity slightly every five minutes until cool down.

What do you guys think about this workout for increasing overall endurance?  Is it alright for a beginner?

Hey D_unit
Your endurance workout looks great.  I would increase the speed, intensity duration and incline every 1-2 weeks to really see gains. I would also consider mixing in some steady state and high intensity cardio (during the wk) to really shock your cardiovascular system.    This is a great start though!!! Good luck with your training
