I have been working with an “Image Media Consultant” who is pushing me to write a book. She has been following and studying me and my writings for several weeks now. She thinks we have a direction to go and a “Literary” agent that will be excited to work with me.

After pulling all the stats together, the demographics will be ages 43 to 78 which are the largest population spending money on health and fitness. Ages 33 to 42 being the next bracket.

She asked me to pose a question to this group. That being:
“”If I were to write a book, what would you like to see in it? What would you like to read about in it?”

My blogs are being published now in “Shredded” as well as another interview. They have been real popular and you might want to read them if you want and them comment.

Anyway. If you have any thoughts, let me know hear or PM me.
THX ed aka Ol Supe

Hey Supe, that’s kind of a tough question to answer cause I don’t know what your experience or expertise is. Do you have an interesting transformation story? Have you developed a special training protocol or patented a supplement formula?

If the consultant says you have a direction shouldn’t she be helping you figure this out?

Actually my story is one of transformation. You can read about it by googling me. “Ed Cook bodybuilder”. There are dozens of stories, interviews and pages of of links. You can start by just looking at my profile and reading the info on it as well of looking at my pic’s.

Then after that, you may be abel to form an opinion to my question!

The consultant did offer a direction yet she also found that actually going to the consumer is a good way to get you on the right path.

Sorry, I didn’t have any idea of who you were or what type of book you were writing, I just wanted some clarification.

I would say you should definitely write some more about that “wife squeezing your ass” stuff, hahaha.
With a background like yours I think it could be really inspirational for you to write about what you were going through when you decided you needed the transformation, as well as the struggles you went through on the jorney to where you are now.

I’ll admit that I don’t know a whole lot about the bodybuilding field, so insights into what it takes to be successful there might be interesting too.
