Mine is to:

-Maintain my healthy lifestyle

-Get along better with my parents

-Enjoy every moment of my engagement and have a wonderful wedding!

-Learn to be a better skier.. My fiancé makes me look like a joke on the slopes!

-Read more books

-Cut down on stevia.. I know it’s a natural sugar but I have A LOT a day

I think that’s it for now

What is your News Years Resolution

good luck with all that, girl!  mine is to become as nutritionally savvy as mr. pete bauman….how DOES he do it?  :)

honestly, i’m not a fan of resolutions because they always tend to be broken within a few months (esp ones about dieting / losing weight)….i love these quotes, not sure who said them:

“A New Year’s resolution is something that goes in one year and out the other.”

“People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas.”

LOL, thanks D. how do i do it? see Laura’s Neaw Year’s Resolution #5.
Laura, really the only problem with consuming so much Stevia is that it is maintaining a sweet palette so that you still crave/like sweet things. Stevia is essentially calorie and carbohydrate free, and studies have shown that it has other benefits with things like blood sugar regulation, hypertension, and can possibly help fight diabetes and obesity.

holy crap, that IS a lot… i guess it’s better than using sugar, but you probably should cut down a little. like i said, there’s not really any drawbacks to the compound itself, other than the swetness.

hasn’t your fatty’s anonymous sponsor talked to you about this yet?

Lol, less road rage and talking to liberals, nice Jon. I like the performance and business goals.

D, you shouldn’t want to be like Pete, he’s one of those liberals Jon is talking about!

I don’t really get into making New Year’s Resolutions. I’ve always got personal goals I’m working on so I don’t see why I should make extra ones around New Year’s time.
